KUNDALINI YOGA
A two hour workshop on Kundalini Yoga offered by certified guest instructor Anne Near.
Kundalini yoga is science based to work with the body, mind and spirit to activate one’s highest human potential. The practice incorporates breath, active posture, mantra, sound current, meditation, and deep relaxation.
This is an excellent opportunity to experience another style of yoga ‘Near by’!

Intermediate – Tues. (Mar. 27 – May 15) 7:30 – 9 pm
New Lower Back Yoga - Wed. (Mar 28 – May 16) 7:30 -8:30 pm
Early Evening – Thur. (Mar. 29 – May 17) 6 – 7:30 pm
Class Session $80 * Drop-In $13 * Make-up classes by attending another class running in the same season.
MEDITATION
“The In’s and Outs of Meditation”
Meditation is a practice that provides relief from the overpowering amount of stress, anxiety and illness existing in our lives today.
The participant is given lots of clear, meaningful information and then guided through a meditation which increases in length for each class. The atmosphere is relaxed and accepting with ample opportunity for questions and interaction, encouraging you to piece together your own unique approach.
A committed, consistent practice between classes is of the utmost importance to realize the benefit of meditation, so I am prepared to refund $20 to anyone who can honestly claim they were able to accomplish that.
